1375: A Year of Conquests and Successions

In the year 1375, which began on a Sunday according to the Julian calendar, several significant events took place across various regions. In Armenia, the Mameluke forces from Egypt completed their conquest of the Kingdom of Cilicia.

Meanwhile, in southern India, Mujahid Shah succeeded his father Mohammed Shah I as ruler of the Bahmani Sultanate. This marked a crucial moment in the region's history, as it would shape the future trajectory of the sultanate and its interactions with neighboring powers.
