The 1937-38 Cypriot First Division was the fourth official football season of Cyprus, featuring five teams competing for the championship. APOEL won the title that season.
In this edition of the top Cypriot football championship, a total of seven participants from the previous tournament withdrew their participation, leaving only five teams to compete in the 1937-38 season. The league was contested by Apollon FC and four other clubs: APOEL F.C., Omonia Nicosia, Enosis Nicosia, and Nea Salamis.
APOEL F.C. emerged as the champion of this tournament, securing its third title in history with an impressive performance throughout the season. The team lost only one point during the competition, demonstrating its dominance over the other teams.
