The 60th edition of the Cyprus Cup was held from November 7, 2001 to May 11, 2002. The competition was organized by the Cyprus Football Association and featured a total of 50 teams.Results of the Season

Formula
The competition consisted of six rounds: preliminary round, sixteenths, eighteenths, quarters, semifinals, and finals. The preliminary round was played as a single match, with the possibility of extra time and penalty shootouts in case of a draw. From the second round to the semi-finals, matches were played over two legs.
