The 2003–04 Cypriot First Division was the 65th season of the Cypriot top-level football league.
Participating Teams
14 teams participated in the 2003-04 first-class championship. All teams competed between them twice, once at home and once away.
League Table
The champion was declared the team that gathered most points. The last three teams were demoted to the 2004–05 second-class championship.
UEFA Qualification
The league team ensured its participation in the UEFA Champions League 2004-05. In addition, the team that finished in second place ensured its participation in the UEFA Cup 2004-2005.
Intertoto Cup
One of the league teams ensured the right to participate in the 2004 UEFA Intertotto Cup. All the teams who wanted to declare their interest, before the championship was completed, in participating in the event were considered for qualification.
Champion
The championship was won by APOEL for the 18th time in its history.
