The men’s high jump at the 2007 World Athletics Championships was held on 27 and 29. August 2007 held in the Nagai Stadium of the Japanese city of Osaka.

The world champion was Donald Thomas from Bahamas. Second place was occupied by the Russian Vice World Champion of 2001, World Cup third in 2005 and European Champion of 2002 Yaroslav Rybakov. Bronze went to Kyriakos Ioannou from the Republic of Cyprus.

In the final on 29 August, the three medal winners achieved their world best with 2.35 m each:
