The Cypriot Second Division 2009-2010 was the 55th season of the Cypriot Second Division, and took place from September 19, 2009 to May 8, 2010.

Teams

14 teams participated in the league. The teams that were promoted to the First League of Cyprus for the 2009-10 season were:

The teams that rose from the Third Division (G' Katigorias) and joined the Second Division in the 2009-10 season were:

The 14 teams competed in the championship and met in two rounds of return, for a total of 26 days. There were three incomings.

At the end of the regular season, there was a play-off group among the top four ranked teams who met each other to determine the champion.
