The 2013–14 Cypriot Second Division, also known as the B' Katīgoria, was the 59th season of the Cypriot second-level football league. It began on 14 September 2013 and ended on 12 May 2014.
League Structure
For the first time, the championship was divided into two subgroups: Divisions B1 and B2. This new league system constituted a two-tier system, with teams competing in each group to earn promotion to the top division or relegation to lower divisions.
Grouping and Promotion

The champion in each group was declared the team with the highest number of points at the end of the league. The top two teams from B1 Division were promoted to the top division.
Champions
* A.O. Saint Napa won the B1 group, becoming champions for the second time in their history.
* Carmiotissa Upper Warriors won the B2 group.
