2019 Women's World Cup eliminations: Europe zone

The playoffs in the Europe zone qualify 8 UEFA teams for the 2019 Women's World Cup, which takes place in France from the 1st to the 1st.
Programme
Officially qualified: France, as an organizing country.
Non-participants: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Macedonia - There's no selection for San Marino.
A total of 46 of the 55 UEFA nations participate in these playoffs, which take place in three rounds:
A preliminary round (from 6 to ) among the 16 UEFA's least ranked teams, divided into 4 groups of 4 that meet in single round tournaments. The group winners as well as the best second get to the next round.
A main round (from to ) contrasts 35 teams divided into 7 groups of 5, which compete in round-trip tournaments. The group winners are directly qualified for the 2019 World Cup. The top four second ones access the dams.
Dams (from to ) with direct elimination in round-trip matches on two rounds (half-finals and finals) to designate the last qualified team.
Regulation
The UEFA rules for these playoffs are as follows:
Group classification
a win counts for 3 points;
a draw counts for 1 point;
A defeat counts for 0 points.
The ranking of teams shall be based on the following criteria:
The highest number of points achieved in all games in the group.
In case of equality:
More points obtained in matches played between teams on a tie;
Better goal difference in matches played between teams on a tie;
More goals scored in matches played between teams on a tie;
More goals scored outside in matches played between teams on a tie;
If, after the application of criteria 2 to 5, only part of the teams are still equal, criteria 2 to 5 are used for the teams concerned by this new equality.
If, after the application of criteria 2 to 5, teams are still equal, the following criteria apply:
Best goal difference in all matches in the group;
More goals scored in all matches in the group;
More goals scored outside in all matches in the group;
If in the preliminary round only two and only two teams are affected by the same tie, meet on their last day and these two teams remain qualified (this criterion cannot be used to divide third and fourth), a shoot-in session takes place at the end of the regulatory time;
Disciplinary ranking in all group matches, using the following scale:
A yellow card counts for -1 point;
A second yellow card in the same match for the same player counts for -2 points;
