February 20: Sino-Tibetan alliance ceremony in Qingshui. Under the reign of King Trisong Detsen, a peace treaty was negotiated between Tang China and Tibet, giving Tibet all lands in the Kokonor region. Tibetans control the oasis of Central Asia, including Dunhuang.
March 23 : Charlemagne celebrates Easter in Thionville.
