Andreas Kaukalias (Lemesos, 21 October 1971) is a Greek Cypriot politician. Since 2011 he has been a Member of Parliament in the Limassol Electoral District elected with AKEL.

Biographical Data
Andreas Kaukalias was born in Limassol on 21 October 1971. He speaks, beyond Greek, English. In 1995 he obtained a degree in business administration from the Waterford Institute of Technology. He works as an insurance consultant.

He is married to Agathonite Lazarus and has two sons and one daughter.

Path Policy
In the 2006 municipal election, he was elected a councillor in Limassol Municipality with AKEL. In 2003-2009 he was a member of the board of directors of the Cyprus Youth Agency (ONEC). In 2008-2009 he was a member of the Anti-Narcotic Council of Cyprus. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Provincial Cultural Office of AKEL Limassol, since 2011 a member of the Education Office of the Central Committee of AKEL, since 2015 a member of the Central Committee of AKEL and a member of the Sports Office of the Central Committee of AKEL.

In the 2011 parliamentary election he was elected MP in the Limassol Electoral District with AKEL for the 1st Parliamentary Period. He was re-elected in the 2016 parliamentary election for the XI Parliamentary Period.

As MP, he served as deputy chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources. He is chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources and a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic and Budget and the Parliamentary Committee on Education and Culture. In addition, he is the leader of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

He was re-elected in the 2021 parliamentary election for the XII Parliamentary Period.
