Another World is a 2015 Greek drama-emotional film directed and written by Christoforos Papakaliatis. The production was made by Plus Productions and film distribution by Village Film. It stars Christopher Papakaliatis, Maria Kavoyannis, Minas Hatzisavvas and Oscar-winning Golden Globe, J. K. Simmons.

The film tells three different stories, all having love as a common denominator. In all three love stories, couples who experience love also share that one is Greek and the other alien, with couples being different generations. The project deals with these three different love stories through the economic and social crisis that Europe is experiencing, until in the end they prove common.

Promotion and reception
As part of the promotion of the film, Papakalitis traveled to more than 15 cities in Greece, applying Q&A (quests+answers) with the public. Similarly, he travelled to countries such as Cyprus, Switzerland, Austria, USA (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago), where he attended the premieres of the film and held a discussion with the public, as part of Greece's promotion and communication through Greek cinema.

The film was also distributed in Switzerland, Austria, Germany under the title Worlds Apart. It raises issues such as refugee, economic crisis and general social record of Greece of 2015, narrating three love stories between Greek and foreign citizens. In January 2017 he also premiered in New York and Los Angeles, extracting positive reviews from the newspaper "LA Times". "Hollywood Reporter" magazine reported that in the film Maria Kavoyannis' acting stood out, while J. Mr. Simmons was considered curious. The film's first story was considered to "beat with the hammer the meanings it wants to pass, to the point where situations and characters seem to have been coined only to highlight these meanings."
