The year 386 BC was a significant one in world history. In the Roman Empire, it was known as the Year of the Tribune of Camillus, Cornelius, Fidenas, Cincinnatus, Pulvillus, and Poplicola (or less frequently, year 368 Ab urbe condita).
#### Western Mediterranean
* Marcus Furius Camillus, Quintus Servilius Fidenas, Lucius Horatius Pulvillus, Servius Cornelius Maluginensis, Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus Capitolinus, and Publius Valerius Potitus Publicola became Roman consular tribunes.
* The commander of the citadel of Syracuse was Philistus.
#### Greece
* The Corinto War ended with the Peace of Antalcidas or Peace of the King, which recognized the rights of Persia under Artaxerxes II over Asia and several islands, including Clazomenes and Cyprus. This peace also acknowledged the rights of Athens over certain islands.
* A treaty was sworn between Sparta and Greece at Sardes, solidifying the terms of the Peace of Antalcidas.
#### Roman Campaigns
* On 31 July of the Roman calendar, a coalition of Latins, Hernics, and Volsques revolted at Satricum. Camillus and Fabius defeated this coalition.
* The Romans then liberated Sutrium, which had been attacked by the Etruscans.
* Nepete was taken back from the Etruscans, and the anti-Roman faction that had delivered the city to them was executed.
