Can Cuang (Dikili Pile Breaks, Tree Breaks) (English Summer: Zhan Zhuang) is a workout technique made during Çigong.

The meaning of the word is 'stop standing like a tree. Preparing works and ascelen static postures occur. It is a practice that enters the group called internal freigong or Neigong. Used for martial arts and health development purposes.

History
The origin of wood postures goes back to ancient times in China. As with other igong systems, tree postures were secretly worked in different families and groups. In the twentieth century, Wang Xiang Zhai (Vang Shiang-cai) began to teach the system in Beijing later before I Chuan developed a defense art called Da Cheng Chuan. Zhai’s success in the encounters made with both Chinese and foreign war artists in China has made the widespread tree postures. Yu Yong Nian, a young doctor in western medicine education, becomes the student of Wang Xiang Zhai in 1940s, and starts using tree postures in the treatment of internal diseases in the patient in Beijing

The person who provides the recognition of wood postures in the West has been Lam Kam Chuen, a student of Yu Yong Nian. Chuen learned Xing Yi, Taijiquan (Taichi Chuan), Choy Lee Fut, Iron Palm, Da Cheng Chuan and Tree Reins in the training of defense arts he started at 11 years in Hong Kong and started teaching taijiquan in 1975. With its efforts, taijiquan was taken into the adult education curriculum of the London Education Institute. It was the first trainer who took the taijiquan education in London by the same institution. Lam Kam Chuen is the author of the book "The Way of Energy" where tree postures are described. Lam Kam Chuen is teaching this system with seminars in Western countries and the Turkish Republic of Cyprus.

Application
As the name of the tree postures suggests, it is carried out by waiting at a certain posture position.
