Christos Mylordos

Christos Mylordos (Greek: Χρήστος Μυλόρδος; born 30 April 1991) is a Greek-Cypriot singer.

Early Life and Career

Mylordos was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on 30 April 1991. He gained recognition after winning the Cypriot casting show "Performance" on September 10, 2010. Through his interpretation of Robbie Williams' song "Supreme", he received almost twice as many votes (11,000) as his nearest competitor Louis Panagiotou (almost 6,000). The performance was part of a competition to find the representative of Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011.

Eurovision Song Contest 2011

Mylordos' victory in "Performance" earned him a spot in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. However, he did not participate in the contest as his song was not selected for the international final round. The submission deadline for songs ended on December 31, and only eleven songs were submitted to CyBC, the responsible station. As a result, an internal nomination was decided, and Mylordos' song "San Antonio" was chosen.

Personal Life

Mylordos is of Greek-Cypriot descent and was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. He has not publicly disclosed much about his personal life beyond his music career.
