Konstantinos Panagi

Konstantinos Panagi (born October 8, 1994) is a Cypriot professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Omonia Nicosia.

Career

### Early career

Panagi began his youth career at Olympiacos Nicosia. In 2010, he was promoted to the men's team by Coach Pambos Christodulu.

### Club career

He made his professional debut in the Cypriot First Division in 2011, playing two matches for Olympiacos Nicosia. Over the next two seasons, he played a total of four matches for the team, conceding seven goals. After Olympiacos' relegation from the top division, Panagi became the main goalkeeper of the team and played 23 matches in the second division during the 2013/14 season. However, the club finished sixth in the league and failed to gain promotion.

In the summer of 2014, Panagi left Olympiacos and signed a contract with Omonia Nicosia. He has since become a regular member of the team's starting lineup.

### National team career

Panagi made his debut for the Cyprus national team on March 24, 2016, in a match against Ukraine. He has since been a regular member of the national team and was part of the squad that participated in various international tournaments.
