The Cyprus Cup 2008-09 was the 35th edition of the Cyprus Cup (32nd under the auspices of the Cyprus Football Federation). The nine first-class teams 2008-09 participated. The winner was Omonia for the third time in her history.

Phase I
Only two teams participated in Phase I.

Quarterfinals
In the quarter-final phase there were double games. Each team competed at its headquarters and at the seat of the opponent. The following table shows the final results of the games.

Final Four
The 4 teams qualified by the quarter-final phase participated in the Final Four of the event. The two semifinals and the final were scheduled to be held at the Cyprus University Closed Field. The first semi-final between Recovery-Dionyss was held on this pitch, however episodes followed. For this reason it was decided like the second semi-final and final held on different pitches.

Semi-finals
In the semi-final phase there were single games. The following table shows the final results of the games.

Final
The final was qualified for Omonia and Upliftment. The game was held on 24 April 2009 at the Kition Sports Center in Larnaca. The winner was Omonia with a score of 3–2 sets (25–16, 22–25, 25–16, 18–25, 15–12).
