Dimitrios () is a male given name. It is the modern Greek pronunciation of the ancient Greek Demetrios ("belonging to Demeter").

Demetrios of Thessaloniki, a Greek martyr from the 3rd and 4th centuries, is one of the most important saints of the Eastern Churches. Therefore, the first name Dimitrios (or its national variants, see below) is very popular in Greece, Russia, throughout the Balkans and Cyprus.

His name day is October 26 in the Orthodox Church and April 9 in the Catholic Church.
