POAL is a football federation of Larnaca and Famagusta provinces.

History
POAL (Football Federation Famagusta-Larnacas) was founded in Larnaca in 1980. Its founding members are the following eight unions:

Progressive Aradippou
King of Ferrius Paralimni

POAL is based in Larnaca and operates in the province of the same name, as in the free area of Famagusta. Today she has 15 unions in her power. Zenon Larnaca (inactive union now) was the first team to represent POAL in the KOP events, after having previously competed in the Fourth Division in Larnaca/Ammochostos Group. Today, teams that compete in larger categories and come from POAL are the Onesilos Saviour 2014 and AEN Agios Georgios Vrysulos-Aheritos.

POAL has proposed as the main purpose the cultivation in general and the dissemination in the society of the spirit lover and the development of sport. The moral and spiritual exaltation of athletes as well as the development of the spirit of noble chisel and friendship between them.
