"George Autias"

George Autias (Samos, 25 July 1956) is a Greek journalist, telepresenter and economic editor.

Life Story
He was born in Samos, but later his family settled in Athens, where he finished school. He studied at the Law School of the University of Athens in the Department of Public Law and Political Sciences. He has worked on private radio and television stations in Greece and worked with several newspapers and magazines. In 2000 he was awarded as "Publicist of the Year" by the Botsi Foundation and then by the European Journalists' Association, 5 years after the first award.

He has worked at ANT1, doing financial reporting and participating in George Papadakis' show "Good morning Greece". In 2003, he signed with Alpha TV for the presentation of the morning show Good morning. It continued for 6 years until 2009, where in summer of the same year he signed with ALTER for his presentation "Good morning". The show discontinued its screening, in 2011, due to the station's closure. In 2012, for a short time, he worked on the Cypriot national television station Extra TV Cyprus.

That same year, he signed with SKAI TV where he presents "Good morning with George Ears" every weekend.
