Description
The building has an imposing facade on three floors along Via Cavour and overlooking Piazza Duca d'Aosta, where stands what remains of the former convent of Sant'Antonio.

The two noble floors, which follow the same symmetrical setting, centrally have an elegant, all-sixth-century triphora, inserted in stone elements and equipped with balustrade (only on the first floor). on the sides of the triphores opens a pair of monophs per side. The upper part is occupied by a mezzanine in the attic, characterized by six square openings, over which flows a wide serrated cornice.

On Via Colombo gives a second facade, on two floors: it has centrally the top finished by a timpano with dentelli, three monophres with whole sixth on the first floor and a large furnace on the ground floor, which puts in communication the prosperous garden, whose old gates are visible on Via Colombo, with the courtyard inside the palace.

Inside are preserved frescoes for a long time attributed to the 18th-century Venetian painter Giambattista Canal; more recent studies show that their paternity is to be assigned to the Friulian Domenico Paghini, while their dating is to be postponed to the 19th century.
