Gold Ballads is a compilation album by German hard rock and heavy metal band Scorpions released in 1984 by Harvest Records and EMI Records, only in European and Asian markets. As its name indicates, it only contains power ballads taken from the 1979 Lovedrive studio records to Love at First Sting of 1984.

He entered the musical lists of some European countries and on 25 February 1985 the European magazine Eurotipsheet reported that thanks to his success in the counts of France, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal and Cyprus, he reached 22 on the European Top 100 Albums list. Years later, the international organization World Wide Europe Awards gave him a platinum record for selling over a million copies only in Europe.
