Konstantinos Panurias

Constantinos D. Panurias (or Πανουργιάς) is a Greek diplomat, consul of Greece in various cities in the Balkans and in the Middle East.

Biography
Panurias is graduating law. He's working at the foreign ministry and working as a consular officer.

In March 1885 Panurias was appointed a Bitola Greek consul, staying in the city until March 1889.

First-ranked Consul is in the Syrian Greek Consulate.

In September 1892 Panurias arrived as a Greek consul in Cyprus, where he inherited Gulielmos Fondanas. During his term in Cyprus, Panurias recognised the diploma of the Greek high school in Nicosia as equal to that of the Greek high schools in the Kingdom of Greece. He remained in Cyprus until November 1894, when he was moved to a higher position in Tunisia. He was replaced by the former Greek consul in Jerusalem, George Philemon.
