Kuwait-North Cyprus relations include the ongoing international policies of Kuwait and Northern Cyprus Republic. There are no formal diplomatic relations between Turkey and Kuwait. The Islamic Cooperation Organization, which is a complete member of Kuwait, is the member of the Cyprus Turkish State in Northern Cyprus. Mutual relations were developed as a result of the decision to remove isolations for Cyprus Turks in 2004 (the Islamic Conference Organization with the usual name) and was opened in Kuwait, from representatives of the official recognition in other countries of Northern Cyprus. Turkey Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s Republic of Kuwait Prime Minister Nâsır El-Muhammed El-Ahmed El-Sabah 2011 in accordance with the decisions taken in January, the representative was also referred to as the name of the KTC Kuwait Office. With the opening of the representative at the beginning of Oktay Öztürk, relations between two countries were accelerated. Within the scope of KKTC Republic Day events held on 15 November each year, receptions are held in Kuwait. In 2013, the photo exhibition was held in Kuwait under the introduction activities of KKTC. A similar artistic activity was carried out in Nicosia in April 2014 by the Kuwait Art Association and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. An important step at the point of commercial relations between the two countries is carried out with a delegation of representatives of businessmen, public agencies authorities and foreign Affairs among the KNC in 2007. The highest level of diplomatic contact between two countries was held in New York with the President Derviş Eroğlu and Kuwait Prime Minister Cabir El Mübarek El Sabah in order to make various contacts in the framework of the United Nations General Board studies. In the meeting held in Kuwait Mission in New York, TRNC and Kuwait, studies have been highlighted in the development of business union in the field of commercial relations and tourism.
