Lal Chand was a renowned politician, businessman, wellness activist, and former Member of Pakistan's Provincial Sindh Assembly. Born on June 1, 1960, in a Hindu family in the outskirts of Taluka Bhatoro in Sindh, he is also the founder and chairman of the National Council for Healthcare Reform (NCCR). Chand was educated at Mehran Engineering and Technology University in Jamsor, where he completed his civil engineering graduate. Following in his father's footsteps, Lal Chand initially worked on his family business before venturing into Pakistan stock exchange business back in 1990.
