Larnaca Hiking Club (or P.O.L.) was a Larnaca-based sports club. He maintained sections of men's football, men's and women's basketball and women's football. The union's colors were green and white.

The football division of Hiking has won 2 Cyprus championships and 1 cup of Cyprus. He finished in second place 8 times while he was 7 times the cup finalist. The team had 49 entries in the first category of Cyprus. Hiking has participated seven times in European football cups without achieving any qualification.

The men's basketball team has won 4 Cyprus championships and 5 Cypriot cups. The women's football team had won 1 cup of Cyprus.

In 1994 Hiking joined EPA Larnaca creating AEK Larnaca.

Establishment and first years
Hiking was founded in March 1924 by a group of Larnaca youth, who since the early decade showed interest in hiking, cycling excursions, nature worship and music. By 1926 the association, from a sports point of view, dealt with hiking (from which its name came), water sports and track. In 1926 he formed a football team based in Old GSZ, while also engaged in hockey, water sports and classical sports.

AMOL
On 3 October 1926, due to some disagreements, he left Hiking and founded the Larnacos Athletic Music Club (AMOL). The two unions developed rich, athletic and cultural action in the city. In 1926 AMOL, like Hiking, formed football teams based in the Old GSZ, while also engaged in hockey, water sports and classical sports. Stronger in the sports sector was Hiking while in the artistic field AMOL prevailed.

PSC
On October 17, 1932, Hiking joined AMOL creating the PSC. The establishment of the PSC was aimed at bringing together sports and especially the football forces of Larnaca in order to create a strong team that is worthy to represent Larnaca in the various championships. The PSC participated in the second (1933) and third (1933–34) unofficial league. In 1934 the Cyprus Football Federation (COP) was founded with the PSC as one of its founding members. The PSC participated in the first two championships (1934–35, 1935–36) of the COP.

Re-establishment of Hiking
On 1 June 1936 the PSC left the COP because of internal problems that arose. The football team's moderate attendance in the leagues, the reactions of people who remained out of administrative, but also footballers who put themselves in inactive led a team of members and football players to leave the PSC and reestablish the Hiking on 21 March 1937.
