Ucha Lobjanidze

Ucha Lobjanidze (; born 23 February 1987) is a retired Georgian footballer who played as a defender for several clubs in Georgia and abroad, as well as for the national team.

Career

### Club

Lobjanidze began his career at Lokomotivi Tbilisi. In 2005, he made his debut in the main team of Lokomotivi Tbilisi, playing four games in the 2005-06 season. He then played for Zestaponi, where he spent 85 games in the top division and helped the team win a championship.

In February 2010, Lobjanidze left Zestaponi and signed a 4-year contract with Dnipro, a Ukrainian club, for a transfer fee of €2 million. He made his debut for Dnipro on 28 February 2010, replacing another player in the match against an unnamed opponent.

Lobjanidze played for Dnipro until 2013, when he moved to AC Omonia in Cyprus, where he played in the First Division. In 2014, he returned to Dnipro and played one championship match before leaving the team again.
