MLS (Making Life Simple) Innovation Inc. is a Greek engineering and telecommunications equipment software company founded in October 1989 in Thessaloniki. In May 2001, he was officially admitted to the Athens Stock Exchange. Its headquarters are in Thessaloniki, while the company maintains a commercial section in Athens.
Central offices
In November 2014, MLS moved its headquarters to Technopolis Technopolis Thessaloniki Technopolis Technopolis Technology Park, in order to fully benefit from the fastest growing area of Thessaloniki, which had already developed into a centre of innovation and technology. MAIC
MAIC is the main promotional feature of MLS, which is now integrated into all its devices. MAIC has dramatically developed user experience from all MLS devices while interacting with the user. MAIC shall use voice recognition technologies to carry out the following actions:
Calls,
sms and emails,
search the Internet or YouTube,
GPS and information on nearby pharmacies, hospitals, banks, fuel stations,
information on nearby parking, road traffic and weather conditions,
start installed applications,
encyclopedic searches and dictation of their summary,
translation of words or sentences and spells the correct pronunciation from Greek to English and vice versa.
Products
Navigation devices
In 2003, the company developed the first automatic navigation system on the Greek market and, in 2005, released MLS Destroyer, the standard auto car navigation system, which quickly won a leading position in the market. In 2006, the company noted another major breakthrough with the release of MLS Destroyer Talk & Drive, the first voice-based navigation system. Since 2011 the company has taken a new direction towards international markets by installing the MLS Destroyer Talk & Drive® navigation system, which enters Turkish, Chilean, Moroccan, Nigerian, Saudi, Jordanian and Cypriot markets.
Educational departments
In 2010, MLS entered the educational technology market and completed the development of its own innovative interactive touchboard, MLS IQBoard, for use in all classroom-based educational technologies. MLS undertook the supply and installation of around 1,100 interactive cards, totalling 1.6 million euros.
Smart phones
In 2012 the company expanded its commercial activities in the mobile market starting the first Greek smart phone with operating Android, MLS iQTalk. The Greek smart phone combines art
