Manolis (Emmanuel) Tzanakakis (Tsermiado Lassithi, 30 April 1992) is a Greek footballer who plays as a side defender for the Cypriot Carmiotis of the Cyprus Football Championship.

Career
He started his football career from Superleague 2 infrastructure departments and Ergotelli's team, with which he signed his first professional contract on November 29, 2011. By 2013, he competed in 46 Greek league games, while at the same time being invited and wore the national Hope jersey for four games.

In July 2013, he agreed with the Olympiacos team. Immediately granted in the form of loans to Ergotelis, where in the 2014-15 season made 23 more entries in the Superleague championship. In the 2015–16 season, he was loaned again, this time in the Cypriot Uplift, where he played sixteen games and scored a goal. After being released by Olympiacos, without making any entries, he signed a two-year contract with Mars on 26 August 2016.

On December 29, 2019, he signed a contract with Panetolic, until summer 2021.

On 15 July 2021, his acquisition by Xanthi of Superleague 2 was announced.

In August 2022, he signed a one-year contract with Cypriot Karmiotissa who participates in the Cyprus Football Championship.
