The 2013-14 Cyprus Cup was the 40th edition of the Cyprus Cup (37th under the auspices of the Cyprus Football Federation). The eight teams of the First Division 2013-14 participated. The winner was the Uplift for the 16th time in her history.

Operating system
In the quarter-final phase the eight teams were drawn randomly to each other in four pairs and gave double matches (within and away). The four winners qualified for the semi-final phase. In the semi-final phase the teams were drawn randomly between them and the two couples held double games (within and away) with the two winners qualifying for the final. In these two phases, if each team of a couple had a win, the next round qualified the team with the biggest difference between the acquired and lost in both sets. In case they had the same difference (e.g. each team had a 3–0) win, the next round qualified the team with the biggest difference between
acquired and lost in both points matches. If this difference were the same, the next round qualified for the team which in the winner of the race had greater reason in the fraction that had as numerator its acquired and denominator its lost points. In case the reasons for the fraction of the two groups were the same a rematch was held in a neutral seat.

The final was single and was held in a neutral seat.

Quarterfinals
In the quarter-final phase there were double games. Each team competed at its headquarters and at the seat of the opponent. The following table shows the final results of the games.

In the semi-final phase there were double games. Each team competed at its headquarters and at the seat of the opponent. The following table shows the final results of the games.

Final
The final was qualified for Upliftment and Omonia. The game was held on 25 April 2014 in Kition in Larnaca. The winner was the Uplift with a score of 3–2 sets (20–25, 25–21, 25–21, 19–25.15–13).
