Michael Papadonopoulos is a Greek poet and translator. He was born in 1980 in the Metaxorgy. He studied English Literature. He has worked as a proofreader, editor of publications, bookeller and copywriter. He published the poetic books D (Erato, 2006), Simeon Valas (Melanie, 2010), The Twelve (Egyeon/Kukida, 2011) and Volia (Typed, 2015).

He has translated works by Georg Trackle, Rainer Maria Rilke, Oscar Wilde, William Butler Yeats, Novalis etc.

He has collaborated with the insert "Reads" of the newspaper "The Dawn" and with the Cypriot newspaper "The Liberal".
