Nikos Pentaras (9 April 1949) is a Cypriot tutor and author.

Life Story
He was born in Chloraka, Paphos Province on 9 April 1949. In addition to his contribution to the education of Cyprus, which he served from the position of ordinary teacher to the position of First Education Officer, he has published books with poems, novels and studies.

Nikos Pentaras also deals with the critical-presentation of new publications. From 1989 to 1991, he had a permanent column in a Cypriot newspaper for the criticism-presentation of new publications and worked alongside the Cyprus Radio Foundation on the same subject. He has so far presented hundreds of new publications of diverse content.
