Panikos (Panagiotis) Leonidou (Pachna Limassol, 15 June 1959) is a Greek Cypriot politician. Since 2016 he has been a Member of Parliament in the Limassol Electoral District elected with the DEKOS.

Biographical data
Panikos Leonidou was born in Pachna on 15 September 1959. He speaks beyond Greek and English. He studied public administration and political science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and law at the same university. He then followed studies in Greek culture at the Open University of Cyprus. He works as a lawyer.

He is married to Helen Papaioannou and has two sons and one daughter.

Path Policy
In the 1991 municipal election he was elected alderman in the Limassol Municipality with the DIKO, a position in which he was re-elected in the 1996 Municipal election. In 1991–2000 he was a member of the board of directors of the Limassol-Amathus Discharge Board (SALA). In 2003-2011 he was a member of the board of directors of the Cyprus Port Authority. In 2011-2016 he was vice president of the board of directors of the University of Technology Cyprus.

He is a member of the board of directors of the Limassol Theatre Development Society (ethal) and president of the Pankyprian Association of Public Administration and Political Sciences. As of February 2014 he has been chairman of the Provincial Committee DIKO Limassol, a member of the Executive Office of DIKOs and a member of the Central Committee of DIKOS.

In the 2016 parliamentary election he was elected MP in the Limassol Electoral District with the DIKO for the XI Parliamentary Period.

As a Member, he is a member of the Parliamentary Committee on the Interior, the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs and the Parliamentary Committee on Education and Culture. As of October 2018 he has been a parliamentary representative of the DIKO since October 2018.

He was re-elected in the 2021 parliamentary election for the XII Parliamentary Period.
