This article is a list of teams participating in the group phase of the European Champions League of Football.

The 1992/1993 season was the first for the European Champions Cup under the new and the Champions League. Participants in it shall pass through qualification rounds and shall be classified as the so-called group phase. From 1992/1993 to the 2009/2010 season, a total of 101 teams from 29 countries ranked in the group phase of the league. Teams arranged alphabetically and nationally are:
