The Championship of Piraeus E.P.S. 1957-58 was held in four categories with the participation of 49 teams, after the accession of six new member associations: Byzas Megaron, Black Eagle Ker., Storm of Krini, SA Hadjikyriakiou, SA Korydallou, SA Perama. The title was won by almost permanent Olympiacos champion, for the 23rd time and along with the 2nd and 3rd teams qualified for the 1957–58 Greek men's football championship. In the smaller categories the rankings regulation for the rise continued to apply, between the urn of each category and its champion immediately inferior.

According to the regulation they gave ranking matches for a position in the First category the I's "AO Fans"' skyline with the second-class champion Argonaut.
