For 2014–15, the Association of Football Associations of Piraeus is the organizing authority responsible for the conduct of the established football events, the league and the cup, in the former Piraeus Prefecture.

The championship teams of the two teams of the first class of the Piraeus EPS take part in the EPS Champions Championship, organized by the Greek Football Federation (EPO), aiming to rise to the third National amateur league.

At the same time, the institution of the cup is the first phase of the EPO Amateur Cup. The team which is declared captain of the Piraeus Eps, acquires the right to participate in the Amateur Cup.

For the period 2014–15, structure of the H.P.S. Championship. Piraeus is as follows:

Compared to the previous period, Achilles Korydallus did not declare participation in the Second Division that was entitled and before the start of the season he merged with the Korydallus Storm. Also, the A.E. New Faliro did not declare a participation in the First Division championship that was entitled and its vacant position claimed in a ranking match by Falirikos and Young Nobility, who took 4th place respectively in the teams of the previous League II. The ranking match was set to take place at Korydallos Municipal Stadium on September 17, 2014 and the winner was Falirikos 0-1, where he rose to the First Division and replaced S.A. New Faliro.

Also, Olympiacos Keratsiniou and A.O. New Iconion who finished in 6th and 7th place respectively of the previous 3rd Division Championship, filled the 2 vacant seats in the 2nd Division of Achilles Korydallos who did not participate and the one winner of the ranking match between the Falirian and the Young Kindness who rose to the 1st Division.

Category 1
The top category of the ESPN consists of two groups of 16 clubs. The champions of the two teams participate in the EPS Champions Championship where they will claim the rise in the 3rd National amateur league. The last two teams of each group are demoted and the teams in positions 11th-14th participate in Play Out Relegation.

The second category is held in 2 groups of 14 teams. The first 2 of each group win the rise in I, while the teams in positions 3rd-6th participate in Play Off Rise. The first team of each Play Off group wins the rise in I.

The last team of each group is demoted, while the teams in positions 10th-13th participate in Play Out Relegation. The last group
