Ramón Marcote Pino (born 19 September 1977 in Estorde, Cee, La Coruña, Galicia, Spain) is a Spanish football coach who currently runs the Ethnikos Achnas of the Second Division of Cyprus.

Trajectory

Marcote would begin his career in the lower categories of the Atletico de Madrid, where he worked for 9 years as a physical trainer and technical assistant, from 2002 to 2011.

In the 2011-12 season, he returned to La Coruña to lead the youth team of the Montañeros CF.

In summer 2012, he signed by AD Alcorcón to be second coach and physical trainer of the branch of Third Division of Spain, in which he works for two seasons.

In December 2014, he left for Malaysia to be second coach and physical trainer of the Kedah FA.

On 1 September 2015, he took over the first team of the Kedah FA of the Malaysian Superleague.

In July 2016, he returned to the Atlético de Madrid to be the coordinator of the quarry during the 2016-17 season.

On November 30, 2017, he signed as coach of the Kedah FA of the Malaysia Superleague.

In July 2021, he signed as a coach of the youth team of the Al-Hilal Saudi Football Club of Saudi Arabia, which he directed until February 2022.

On 7 July 2022, he signed by the Ethnikos Achnas of the Second Division of Cyprus.
