Andrei Natanovich Rappoport (born June 22, 1963, Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, Ukrainian SSR) is a Russian economist, private investor. Former Chairman of the Coordination Council of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. She has been living in Switzerland since 2015.

Biography and education
He was born in New Kakhovka of the Ukrainian SSR on June 22, 1963. He went to school in Severodonetsk.

From 1981 to 1983 he served in the Soviet Army in the Tula Airborne Division.

In 1989 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Donetsk State University with a degree in Economic Planning, Economist.

During his student years, he studied at Santa Clara University in the United States.

In 1997 he defended his thesis at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the specialty "Sociology of Management" - Candidate of Sociological Sciences.

She has been living in Switzerland since 2015.

In 2019, he was granted Portuguese citizenship under the Sephardic Law passed in Portugal in 2015. According to others, it happened in 2021.

He holds Israeli, Cypriot, Portuguese and Russian citizenship in 2023.

Since its establishment in 1996, he has sponsored and actively participated in the activities of the Russian Jewish Congress, and in 2022 he ceased his participation in it.
