Red Square Media Group is a Russian television and production holding for the production of television and music content, which includes the development and production of original television formats, management and distribution of copyrights, sponsorship and product placement.

"Red Square" produces television programs, TV series, documentaries and feature films and is engaged in concert activities. The most famous projects of the holding are the transfer “Minute of Glory”, “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”, “Control Purchase”, “Fashion sentence”, “Let’s get married” and others, the series “School”, “Trying Faith”, “Voices”, “Garages”, “Escape” and others.

Activities and structure
LLC "Red Square" was registered on July 24, 2007 in Moscow by Russian entrepreneur Larisa Sinelshchikova, who was the chairman of the board of directors of the TV company VID.

Subsequently, Red Square was formed into a group of companies with the following structure:

“Red Studio”, which was responsible for organizing and conducting event television projects, including live broadcasts of the international music contest “Eurovision-2009” in Moscow and the international music festival “Five Stars. Intervision” in Sochi, as well as entertainment programs “Yesterday Live”, “Minute of Fame”, etc.;
“Orange Studio”, engaged in additional production of entertainment programs, including “Great Races” and “Projectorperiskhilton”;
“Green Studio”, which produced daily lines of talk shows, including “Fashionable verdict”, “Control purchase” and “Let’s get married”;
“Blue Studio”, which additionally produced the talk show “Closed Show”, “Thought Factory” and a number of others;
"White Studio", specializing in documentary;
"Technostyle Technology", which provided professional technical and service services for the production of transmissions of the holding.

On October 23, 2007, Rospatent registered the trademark “Red Square”, the copyright holder of which was the Cyprus offshore company Flexcor TV Holdings LTD.

In the summer of 2013, the management company “Red Square” absorbed six other studios.

Currently, the holding includes: the media house "Red Square", the studio "Red Square Cinema", the advertising agency "Mandarin", the company "Raisins" and "Granat".

Red Square produces programs for Channel One. Previously, he produced programs for the channels “Russia-1”, “TV Center”, “Zvezda”, “Pepper”, “Carousel”, “Russia-24” and STS. In addition to broadcasts and cinema, the holding is engaged in concert activities.

Since September 2016, printed magazines based on the eponymous programs produced by the holding began to appear.

Management
