Richard Soumah

Early Life and Career

Richard Soumah was born on 6 October 1986 in France. He began his career at a young age, joining the youth department of Stad Ran at the age of 14.

Club Career

Soumah started his professional career with Gan, making his debut in the second league on 2 October 2005. During his time with Gan, he won the Coffe de France title in the 2005-06 season. In 2010, he signed a contract with Brest for half a million euros and made his debut for the club on 7 August 2010.

In January 2012, Soumah was loaned to Angers SCO until the end of the season. He had previously played for Guingamp in Ligue 2, making his professional debut in the 2005-06 season. While at Guingamp, he played in the 2009 Coupe de France Final.

International Career

Soumah has represented Guinea at the international level and has also played for the France U20 and France U21 teams.
