"Representations of Republika Srpska in the world"

Representations of Republika Srpska in the world do not have diplomatic status and are aimed at disseminating information about the Republic to attract foreign investors. The Republic is one of two equal entities within Bosnia and Herzegovina, but it has its own legislative, executive and judicial branches and has its own parallel diplomatic relations with Serbia.
There are 9 representative offices of Republika Srpska in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Israel, Cyprus, Russia, Serbia and the USA. The President of Republika Srpska, on the proposal of the Government of Republika Srpska, appoints and dismisses heads of missions and proposes candidates for the posts of ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Representations
Republika Srpska is a member of the Assembly of European Regions, which provides support to European regions, and thanks to its membership in the organization allows to open its own representative offices.
Existing missions
Belgium
In Belgium, there is a Representation of the Republika Srpska, the head of the representation is Mario Djuragic.
Israel
The representative office is located in Jerusalem, the head is an adviser to the Chairman of the Government of the Republika Srpska Arie Livne. It has been open since 1998 to develop economic, cultural and sports ties with Israel.
USA
To attract foreign investment, Republika Srpska opened an office in Washington, D.C., near the White House on October 11, 2013. Head of political analyst Obrad Kesic
Russia
The representative office of the Government of Republika Srpska in Russia was opened in Moscow on 3 March 2010. The first address was Hotel Street, 6, building 1, now the address is Pokrovsky Boulevard, 4/17, building 1. The representative office is accredited under the Government of Moscow on the basis of Article 10, 2 of the Federal Law “On Coordination of International and Foreign Economic Relations of the Subjects of the Russian Federation”. The head of the mission is Dusko Perovich. In 2016, Predrag Gluhakovic, Minister of Trade and Tourism of Republika Srpska, promised to open a representative office in St. Petersburg.
Serbia
The Economic Bureau of Republika Srpska was opened in 1992 in Belgrade to develop relations between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which a year later became the Bureau of Republika Srpska. It develops political, economic, cultural and other relations with Serbia. It was reorganized in 1996 into the Republika Srpska Representation in the SR Yugoslavia, and since 2002 it has assumed its final status. The head of the mission is Mlajen Citsović. Germany
It was founded in 2009 to attract investment from Germany to Republika Srpska. Stuttgart was chosen as the centre because a large number of Republika Srpska citizens live there. Head of Mission Micho Četković
