Association
Jankov began his career at Rabotnički Skopje. For the 2015/16 season he joined the professional squad of Rabotnički. In the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons, however, he was never used. For the 2017/18 season he was awarded to the second division team Lokomotiva Skopje. During the winter break of that season he returned to Rabotnički. Subsequently, he finally debuted in the Prva Makedonska League in February 2018, when he played against Vardar Skopje in the 89th matchday.
