Rolando Manrique Blackburn Ortega (born 9 January 1990 in San Joaquín, Panama City) is a Panamanian footballer who plays as a striker at the Tauro Fútbol Club in Panama.

In his debut tournament, he was proclaimed the opening champion and placed in the sixth place of top scooters, with eight. In addition, the player was crowned the winner of the 2015 Clausura, and ranked as the second best scorer of the competition. He also won a subchampionship at the 2016 Clausura.
