Saftar Ayhan Necioglu (10 August 1931 – 26 November 2021) Turkish soldiers. Former Turkish Air Force Commander.

He graduated from Harp School in 1950 with the rank of hangover. In 1953, he completed his pilot training at the Air School. 1954 in 1954 hunting at the Master Jet Üs Commander, 114 in 1956. The discovery at the Fleet Command was served as a teacher pilot in the jet training fleet in 1958.

He graduated from the Air Harp Academy in 1963. 8. The main Jet Üs Harekât was appointed to the officer. 7. In 1964 Master Jet Base Commander 182. Fleet Commander in 1965 3. In 1986, Orgeneral sweated to rank. After the mission of General Staff Evaluation and Supervision of the General Staff, the Air Force Commander Assistant was appointed in 1987.

On August 22, 1988, the Air Force Command was appointed. On August 30, 1990, retired.

26 November 2021 died in Istanbul on Friday. Cenazesi was given to the ground in Chainread Cemetery in Istanbul.
