Stella Demetriou Misiaouli is a Greek Cypriot politician. He was a Member of Parliament in the Lefkosia Electoral District elected with AKEL in 2004-2006 and 2008-2016.

Biographical data
Stella Demetriou Misiaouli was born in Nicosia on 18 October 1954. She is the daughter of Kostas Misiaoulis.

He speaks, beyond Greek, English and Russian. He studied medicine at Rostov State Medical University with a specialty in pediatrics. He works as a pediatrician.

She is married to Andreas Dimitrios Totofaris and has three daughters.

Path Policy
In the 1986 municipal election he was elected alderman in the Municipality of Strovolos with AKEL, a position in which he was re-elected in the 1991 Municipal elections, the 1996 Municipal elections and the 2001 Municipal elections.

In 2001-2004 he was a member of the Nicosia Sewerage Board. He was a member of the Advisory Committee on the Prevention of Child Accidents and Poisons of the Ministry of Health, Vice-Chairman of the Center for Information on Drugs and Treatment of Dependent Individuals (KENTHEA), member of the General Council of the Cyprus Federation of Women's Organizations (POGO), member of the Provincial Committee of AKEL Nicosia-Kerysia and member of the Central Committee of AKEL. He participated in the offices of the Central Committee of AKEL on Health and Local Government issues.

He participated in the 2001 parliamentary elections in the Lefkosia Electoral District with AKEL but was not elected. However, because of the election of AKEL MP in the Lefkosia Electoral District, Adamou Adamou as MEP in the 2004 European elections, Stella Demetriou Misiaouli took his place in parliament on 20 July 2004 as the next runner-up for the VIII Parliamentary Period.

He claimed re-election in the 2006 parliamentary election but was not elected. However, in 2008, the MP of the Lefkosia Electoral District of AKEL, Cyprus Chrysostomidis, was appointed Minister of Justice and Public Order in the Government of Dimitris Christofias. First runner-up for his position in parliament was Stella Demetriou Misiaouli, who took office as MP on March 6, 2008 for the The Parliamentary Period. He was re-elected in the 2011 parliamentary election for the 1st Parliamentary Period.

As MP, he served as deputy chairman of the House Parliamentary Committee, a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights and Equal Opportunities between Men and Women and the Parliamentary Committee on Health and a member of the Parliamentary delegation to the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
