The Student Group of Cypriot Pioneers (PPC Pioneership) is a Cypriot, party, student group belonging to DI.SY.

Background
It was founded on 26 August 1981 in Nicosia with Manolis Christofidis, Alekos Markidis, George A. Georgiou and Dimitris Syllouris as the lead.

Her name came from the first women's organization of DI.SY (Protoporia), while in her emblem appears the "Victory of Mendaios Paionios" as well as the emblem of DI.SY.

The first major local committee was established at the Hotel "Marmara" in Athens on 24 October 1981, to follow shortly thereafter on 2 December 1981 and the establishment of the local committee of Thessaloniki. At the same time on November 1, 1981, the UK PPC was founded, which was later renamed the UK PPC Innovation.

The following year, on May 10, 1982, the local committee of ATI was established and in November 1982 of Komotini, while in the same year the PHPK Innovation Germany. On February 21, 1983, the EPC was founded, leading Italy, and on March 16, 1983, the founding conference of the local EPC Committee was held. The same year was followed by local Ioannina and Austria, while in April 1983 there were processes in France. In early 1984 the PPC was founded America Innovation.

Although it has its own statutes and defends its political autonomy in relation to DI.SY, it belongs to the statutes of DI.SY. in the Youth of Democratic Alert and participates with representatives in the executive bodies and bodies of the party. It is active in universities in Cyprus, Greece and other countries of Europe, but also in America.

Since 1981 until today, PPC has had and has an active role and participation in all the campaign campaigns of DI.SY. The election victories of Glaukou Clerides (1993, 1998) and Nikos Anastasiades (2013, 2018) stood out , the defeat of Ioannis Kasoulides (2008) and the defeat of Averof Neophytos (2023), where the party's electoral mechanism was at its height.

In 1991-92 he entered on the initiative of the executive of Zeno Apostolou and private colleges with first organization at Cyprus College initially under the name "Power" and then as "PPC Innovation", while in 1993 the local committee of the University of Cyprus was established in Nicosia and the then president of the Executive Committee, Janno Ioannou, Stavros Ioakim and Giannos Stavrinidis.

In 2002 the local Committee of PPC Innovation Komotini (Thrace) was reactivated.

In April 2004 for the referendum of the Annan Plan, the presidents of most local committees as well as the chairman of the Executive Committee of the EPC Innovation and later President of NE.DI.SY, Charalambos Stavridis, supported "Yes" following the decision of the leadership of the DI.SY, while the presidents of local committees
