It was assumed that the subscriber base of the combined operator will be more than 250 thousand active broadband subscribers and more than 80 thousand KTV users in 11 cities of Kemerovo, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions. It was also planned to create direct channels between cities at speeds of up to 10 Gbps, which would create the largest peer-to-peer network in Siberia. The merger was supposed to be completed in 2012 after all legal procedures and approvals were completed. Revenue of the combined operator for 2012 was planned in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles.
Since 2009, the company has implemented a unified automation system for the activities of telecom operators Fastcom 11.
