Talip Atalay (d. 1968, Erdemli, Mersin) Cyprus Turkish man, politician.

Life
Mersin was born in 1968 in Erdemli district. In 1975, with his family, they come to Cyprus and settled in the Maraş region of Gazimağusa. He graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Economics in Konya in 1990. Atalay, a master’s degree and doctor on religious education, from the past to present in thesis of the Master’ssis, addressed the issues of Common Din Training and Mosque Services in Northern Cyprus. There are many published research, book and work. Atalay, married and 3 children, was appointed as Head of KKTC Din Works on 23 December 2010. 6 August 2021 Dr. Ahmet Ünsal.
