--- CONTENT ---
Panayiotis Biniaris (; born 9 June 1955) is a Greek-born singer and composer, known mainly for his participation in the 1985 Eurovision Song Festival.

Eurovision Festival 1985

In 1985, Biniaris was elected to be the next representative of Greece at the Eurovision Festival, to be held in Gothenburg, Sweden on 4 May that same year. His song "Miazoume" (in Greek: "Μοιάώουμε," translated as: "We look alike"), played entirely in Greek, was presented in the 19th place of the night, that is, the last. Although all the expectations were put on his candidacy, as his participation marked the return of the Hellenic country to the competition, he raised only 15 points and stood in the 16th place, tied with the song of Cyprus.

In 1991, Biniaris was part of the national pre-selection organized by the Greek ERT chain to choose its next candidate. However, his song "Opou ke na'ssai" lost to Sophia Vossou's "I Anixi."
