He graduated from Samsun Anatolian High School in 1989 and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Information International Relations in 1993 and graduated from Padova University Human Rights and Democraticization Program in 2003. He completed his doctor at Gazi University International Relations Department in 2012.

Professional career Home
In 1994, Deputy Prime Minister Treasury and Foreign Trade Auction was the Expert, in 1995, he started to serve at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2008-2011, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs served as Branch Manager and Department of Cyprus and Greece. In 2011-2014, Saint Petersburg Başkonsolosu was the Deputy General Manager of Foreign Affairs and the Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2014-2016. He worked as Ambassador of Belgrade between 2016-2021. As of April 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been the General Manager of the Ministry Enformation, as of March 2023.
