The tables name the lineup of teams at the Chess Olympiad 2000 in Istanbul. The Olympics were attended by 126 teams who hosted a tournament in the Swiss system over 14 rounds. Among them was a second team of the host country. The classification was primarily based on Brettpunkte, then the Buchholz classification and finally on team points. Each team included four regular and a maximum of two substitutes.

He was intended as the first substitute player and also got a fightless point from the mentioned first round game written. As a result, however, he could not be summoned – presumably due to illness – and Bangladesh received the exemption on his position to register another player (Uddin).
